Look for Less: The Beverly Hilton

Well, this feels strange. It’s been awhile. If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen me post a beach photo with a quick note about unplugging for a week. Unplugging is an understatement. I think I checked in on social and the blog once. #sorrynotsorry. S and I took a much needed vacation to California and Hawaii. We spent the week reading on a beach and exploring. It was amazing.

We stayed in two iconic hotels during the trip—The Beverly Hilton and The Kahala Hotel and Resort. From a decor standpoint, both were stunning, but in very very different ways. To ease myself out of vacation mode, this week I’ll share some design inspo from both. First up is The Beverly Hilton.

The hotel itself is quite pretty. Lots of modern touches and glitz. Basically, everything I imagined a hotel in Beverly Hills would be. Based on their website, it looks like they just went through a redesign.

The room was mostly neutral with touches of turquoise. I am a bad blogger and didn’t take any photos. Below is a photo from their site.

The gorgeous blue bed makes quite the statement against the neutrals. The tulip table and modern art make the design feel fresh. It’s not shown in the photo, but our room had a large silver mirror with a scalloped edge. That combined with the acrylic table lamps adds a little sparkle to the room.

Below are my picks to create the look for less.

I had the toughest time choosing which bed to feature. Make sure to head on over to my LIKEtoKNOW.it page to see a few additional options that wouldn’t fit here.

Check back on Friday for some decor finds inspired by the other hotel we stayed at—The Kahala.
